PhonePe is hiring for ther ole of Associate Manager - Category Management & Lending!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute category strategies for lending products, including product development, pricing, marketing, and distribution.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities for growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, etc.) to develop and launch new lending products and features.
• Manage and optimize the performance of lending products, including monitoring key metrics and making data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in lending.
• Contribute to the development of a strong lending culture at PhonePe.

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of experience in category management, product management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the lending industry, including different types of loans, credit scoring, and risk management.
• Experience with market research and analysis.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful product strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience with PhonePe or other fintech companies.
• MBA or other advanced degree.
