Associate Manager/Analyst- Performance Marketing Job in Kolkata at ITC Limited

ITC is hiring for the role of Associate Manager/Analyst - Performance Marketing!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Explore various platform opportunities globally for cooperation
• Cascade KPIs and goals aligned to stakeholders' needs across the demand and supply spectrum
• Establish the capability of providing actionable insights during mid and post-campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations
• Set up processes in compliance with the finance process (including end-of-campaign reconciliation) to drive operational excellence
• Expert on media behavior and how the target audience interacts with social touchpoints (i.e. Google, Facebook) and any cross-channel delivery
• Build strong relationships across internal stakeholders
• Lead a team to plan & deliver campaigns across multiple Paid platforms
• Google, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and Bigo Ads required
• Onboard Additional platforms and creating a playbook such as Kwai, Sharechat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest are highly recommended)
• Lead and implement Social campaign activities of established local and global brands across multiple industries & Geos

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Ability and vision to think strategically and drive solid results for the business
• Passion for developing and managing a team
• Leadership skills demonstrated as an ability to anticipate and remove barriers to productivity, drive teams towards clear goals, and take effective decisions
• Strive for excellence demonstrated by setting high standards for yourself and others, holding teams accountable, and focusing on continuous optimization while mitigating risksExperiment across the whole engagement and retention funnel constantly looking for maximum impact on DAU (Daily Active Users)
• Create, implement and optimize daily/weekly/monthly campaigns (engagement and retention - both automated and not automated)
• Ability to handle CRM tools, execute, measure and analyses campaign metrics
