PepsiCo is hiring for the role of Associate Manager in Finance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the preparation of the monthly MBR customer scorecards across BU’s
• Lead the development of end–to–end dashboards on reporting customer profitability.
• Monitor total cost to serve by customer & brand pack size and highlight deviations vs plan/forecast
• Lead AOP planning,  Selling cost analysis – by category, managing incremental investment asks
• Manage weekly customer LE – working with multiple stakeholders
• Manage OPR, AFH & Pharmacy monthly reports
• Monitor returns & sales closely with the customer team
• Provide accurate financial figures to guide business decisions
• Partner to identify opportunities across Topline (Volume – Net revenue) & Selling
• Identify required fit-for-purpose analysis to support commercial teams' requirements
• Support to Account Finance Managers

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in finance and planning
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in commerce/business administration/economics with a high level of Finance & Accounting Experience. CMA/MBA/CPA Finance is preferred
• Sound knowledge of financial systems (SAP, HFM, MS Office, and Other financial reporting systems)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a good understanding of business processes
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in both Management reporting and planning processes
• Experience in working with GBS (Preferred FMCG sector) will be an added advantage
