Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the team of Application engineers.
• Provide Pre-Sales support to Sales to demonstrate the capability of machines.
• Ensure smooth Trials during Machine Prove-out.
• Led and Guided the Application Engineer's Team.
• Provide Post-Sales Support related to Applications.

Requirements:

• Engineering graduate in Mechanical / Industrial Production
• Experience of 2 to 8 years in reputed Machine Tool / Special Purpose Machine (SPM)
• Companies.
• Exposure to Application Engineering of CNC Tool Grinding Machines
• Desired skills and experience:
• Passion to work in a challenging work environment
• Team Player with a Positive attitude & Self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively communicating both internally and with
• customers
• Hands-on and can-do attitude - high energy, positive, deadline-driven, dependable with an
