Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Addressing the task within SLA management, flexible for 24/7 operations
• Understanding the user expectations/concerns & resolving it on time
• Expertise in correcting and rewriting sentences in required language.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in language-related tasks.
• Mapping background is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues.
• Excellent research skills to ensure accurate interpretation and translation.
• Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Should be able to work on jobs related to english as well Language hired for(Japan)

Requirements:

• Any graduate from reputed institutes
• Proficiency in the Japanese and English language, both written and spoken, with an excellent understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and syntax
• High communication skills, having experience in user comms, dealing with end user’s concerns
• Review and understand user concerns and ensure proper responses are shared as per the guidelines
• Candidate should able to work in 24/7 environment
• Certification level should be N2
• Extensive internet research skills
• Creative problem-solving and analysis skills
• Team player with good interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude
• Outspoken with decent attitude (who can put his point of view and have some logical approach to
  implement that, who don’t fake things)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and a passion for delivering great
  customer experience is required
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with/influencing cross-functional teams and gaining
  consensus
• Experience in detail analysis reporting using qualitative and quantitative tools
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
