Global Logic is hiring for the role of Associate Language Specialist (IRC251447)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Read, write, and translate provided text in the recommended format accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate strong command over Spanish/French/German/Italian/Portuguesee/Italian and English grammar, including articulation and sentence structure.
• Adapt to and coordinate between multiple workflows, ensuring quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform in-depth web research, analyzing and interpreting patterns and trends across multiple sources in Spanish/French/German/Italian/Portuguese and English.
• Record findings clearly and accurately using appropriate software and note-taking methods.
• Maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail, even when performing repetitive tasks.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new projects, processes, and tools.
• Provide 365 days, 24/7 support as needed, working with flexibility on shifts and week-offs.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of Experience as Spanish/French/German/Italian/Portuguese Translator / Spanish Specialist
• Should be A2/B1 certified
• Must be Flexible with Rotational Shifts & weekoffs (365 days , 24/7 support)
• Excellent Communication Skills in both Spanish/French/German/Italian/Portuguese and English ( Read, Write , email etiquette )
• Have a good understanding of all forms of public transport
• Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources in various languages.
• 1 year technical support or other problem solving experience preferred, not necessary
• Able to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks
• Educational background : Any Graduate
• Customer service background (Communications team), but not necessary.
