Associate Junior Engineer - Customer Support [Service & Repair] Job in Gurgaon at Asteria Aerospace

Asteria is hiring for the role of Associate Junior Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on our fleet of drones to ensure they are in excellent working condition.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, perform necessary repairs, or coordinate repairs with cross-functional teams.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct pre-flight checks to verify that all drone components, including cameras and sensors, are functioning correctly.
• Perform test flights to evaluate drone performance, stability, and functionality, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
• Ensure the safe and efficient setup of drones for various missions.
• Perform software updates on drones to ensure they are running the latest firmware.
• Calibrate drones and associated equipment as needed for accurate performance.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities, including parts used, time spent, and any issues identified.
• Create and maintain detailed records of test flights, maintenance activities, and customer training sessions.
• Assist in the preparation of maintenance reports for management and clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma Graduate & above Entry Level
• Previous experience with drone operation and maintenance
• Strong understanding of drone safety regulations
• Proficiency in drone software and hardware
• Maintenance and Repair: Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues with drones, including hardware and software troubleshooting
• Software and Firmware Updates: Experience in updating drone software and firmware to the latest versions
• Calibration: Knowledge of drone calibration procedures for optimal performance
• Technical Documentation: Capability to maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
