Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Requires coverage during standard operating hours and on-call support
- Troubleshooting IT service incidents via the IT ticketing tool
- Analyzing and testing software, hardware, and application functionalities
- Analyzing and repairing software, hardware, and application incidents
- Providing timely and quality answers to customer inquiries
- Analyzing root causes and conducting thorough research
- Using systems analysis techniques to identify optimal solutions
- Performing administrative tasks like reporting, tracking, and event coordination
- Creating presentations, conducting research, and managing procurement/invoicing
- Providing remote support from an office-based location
Requirements:
- Competent technical abilities in relevant industry concepts and principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of relevant technologies
- Strong interpersonal skills for global collaboration
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
