Zeta is hiring for the role of Associate - Investments and Corp Dev-CEO Office!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Conduct comprehensive market research, deep dives, and competitive analysis in targeted sectors
• Prepare detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and data books to support investment decisions
• Assist in financial due diligence processes for M&A transactions
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Support the preparation and presentation of market research findings and investment materials
• Perform market sizing and develop insights into emerging trends and opportunities. 
• Collaborate in the development of term sheets and other transaction documents. 

Requirements:

• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (vintage models, IRR, cohort analysis) 
• Advanced research skills with the ability to perform in-depth market analysis, sizing, and landscaping
• Analytical and structured thinking to translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of M&A transaction processes and due diligence. 
• Excellent communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
• High standards of accuracy and precision
• MBA Finance / CA / Economics or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate development. 
• Experience with research-focused roles, market analysis, and financial modeling.
• Exposure to the fintech sector or similar high-growth industries is preferred
