D E Shaw & Co. is hiring for the role of Associate – International Human Resources Operations and Projects!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• In this role, you will support the Global Recruitment team to identify accomplished candidates for finance and technical positions by creating and maintaining accurate candidate records. 
•  You will be providing administrative support for recruitment-related applications and workflows. 
• You will be a part of the various complex operations that support our global HR functions, such as background checks, new hire onboarding, and benefits. Additionally, you will support the team on critical and time-sensitive recurring tasks that are data-intensive in nature and ensure the delivery of high-quality work products.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate should have an undergraduate degree from any discipline with 0 to 2 years of experience in the HR domain
• Candidate should be self-motivated, have keen analytical and problem-solving skills, exhibit keen attention to detail, and excel while working under tight deadlines
• The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills along with deft interpersonal skills as well
