Myntra is hiring for the role of Associate Instock Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels in local darkstores to meet demand forecasts 
• Collaborate with Deep CF s/ local vendors to ensure timely replenishment of inventory. 
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand accurately. 
• Implement strategies to mitigate stockouts and overstock situations. 
• Work closely with the logistics and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of inventory management with hyperlocal delivery operations.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team to align inventory levels with promotional activities and seasonal trends. 

Requirements:

• Background in Inventory Operations, Supply Chain Management for an ecommerce/ hyperlocal player. 
• 2+ years of experience in inventory management or operations, preferably in hyperlocal or e-commerce sense. 
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software. 
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
