NSRCEL is hiring for the role of Associate - Insights & Analysis!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

•  Data Analysis and Interpretation:
  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives.
    
  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify key insights and trends.
    
• Dashboard Development:
  
  • Design and develop interactive, user-friendly dashboards that effectively communicate complex data.
    
  • Implement best practices in data visualisation to ensure clarity and accuracy
    
• Data Integration and Transformation:
  
  • Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources for optimal use.
    
• User Experience and Interface Design:
  
  • Create intuitive and visually appealing dashboard interfaces that enhance user experience.
    
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and adhere to company branding guidelines.
    
• Collaboration and Communication:
  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, program managers, and stakeholders.
    
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively through presentations and documentation.
    
• Performance Optimization:
  
  • Optimize dashboards for performance, considering factors such as data refresh rates and responsiveness. 
    
• Training and Support:
  
  • Provide training and support to end-users on dashboard usage and best practices.
    

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA is preferred
  
• Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role
  
• Strong proficiency in Tableau/BI Desktop and Tableau/BI Server
  
• Solid understanding of data visualisation principles and best practices
  
• Proficient in Excel, SQL/R/Python for data manipulation and analysis
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with other BI tools such as Power BI or QlikView
  
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling
  
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts. Stay updated on the latest data analysis features and incorporate them
• Preferred Skills:
