Sutherland Global is hiring for the role of Associate - Infrastructure!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the management and maintenance of network systems, servers, and cloud infrastructure
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's IT assets
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement infrastructure improvements
• Participate in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software
• Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for IT processes and procedures
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Provide technical support to end-users as needed
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of network administration and server management
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience with virtualization technologies
• Understanding of IT security principles and best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic scripting and automation capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required for system maintenance and upgrades
