Acuity Knowledge Partners is hiring for the role of Associate - Infra/Energy!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting our clients in multiple industries including Infrastructure, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, Energy Transition.
• Preparing pitch books, Information memorandum (IMs), industry research, deals & peers screening, company profiles, and company-focused discussion documents related to various industries.
• Preparing financial analysis including trading/ transaction comparables, operational/ financial benchmarking, valuation analysis, etc.
• Meeting project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure “high client satisfaction”.
• Engaging clients independently on calls and e-mails.
• Scoping the new projects, and structuring deliverables/new research products.
• Producing high-quality informative and visually appealing presentations and deck.
• Demonstrating strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.

Requirements:

• MBA/CFA/CA
• 2-3 years of experience in the Investment banking / Private Equity role
• Knowledge of Infrastructure sector/infrastructure projects in an investment banking division of a bank, boutique firm, KPO, consultancy, or advisory firm
• Experience working on financial models for Infrastructure projects would be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and statistical skills to assess and understand project investment structures, government regulations/policies, and industry, to prepare models and related assumptions
• The candidate should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• MS Office skills – MS Excel should be excellent along with proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Word
