Koch is hiring for the role of Associate - Information Security Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and implement ServiceNow automation workflows
• Manage and enhance dynamic content delivery and lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Troubleshoot and optimize ServiceNow platform performance
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation
• Design and develop ServiceNow applications
• Configure ServiceNow modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Knowledge, Service Catalog)
• Develop scripts (client scripts, business rules, UI actions, Glide scripts)
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues
• Perform system upgrades and patches
• Work with other IT teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform administration and development
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script)
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.)
• Understanding of database concepts and SQL
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
