Associate - Human Resources Job in Mohali at Ably Soft

Ably Soft is hiring for the role of Associate - Human Resource!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate with the concerned Senior/Manager for the allotted tasks and share the Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports as and when required
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel/HR activities (training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
• Release the required letters/documents to employees
• Maintain a good relationship with the other department
• Help other HRs in their Hiring targets
• Conduct HR rounds of the candidates
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls assessments, and in-person interviews
• Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
• Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
• Advertise open positions on external networks
• Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals
• Maintain organized databases with candidates’ data
• Take care of office hygiene and safety

Requirements:

• B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Sc (IT) Candidates with MBA Degree (HR/IT/IB) will be preferred
• Associate: Human Resources (6 months to 1.5 Years)
• Executive: Human Resources (1.5 - 3 Years)
• Candidates with an IT Industry background only (For the experienced candidates)
