Wells Fargo is hiring for the role of Associate HR Operations Representative!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform a variety of routine human resources tasks pertaining to company policies, benefits, payroll, training, time away, or any other related inquiries, in a service center or human resource department environment
• Work within internal human resources information systems (HRIS; such as ServiceNow and Workday) to assist in resolving basic issues or inquiries
• Assist employees on human resources-related issues using developing knowledge of company personnel policies and procedures
• Review employee files and furnish information to authorized persons
• Receive direction from supervisor regularly and escalate questions and issues to more senior roles
• Support human resources operations; seek ways to improve processes within established procedures

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce, Arts stream or equivalent.
• Having excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
• Having 1 year of work experience in voice support process for BPO/Call Centre environment. 
• Having voice((inbound call handling) support experience in handling US or NATAM customers is preferred.
• Having experience in query management for HR Tier 1 (HR Helpdesk) for BPO/Contact Center/HR Shared Service Center is preferred.
