Whirlpool is hiring for the role of Associate - HR Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead the creation and maintenance of payroll calendars for multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations, payment schedules and holidays.
- Collaborate with regional teams to gather information on country-specific payment dates, tax regulations, and public holidays.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss and align payment schedules, compliance, and any changes in regulations.
Requirements:
- Mandatory:
- 2+ years of experience in a Shared Services / Global setup looking after end-to-end payroll management
- Preferred:
- Open for shift timings: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM (One-Way Cab Service Provided)
- Thorough knowledge of HRMS / HRIS and Payroll exposure
- Analytical bent of mind with strong MS Excel skills
