HRhelpdesk is hiring for the role of Associate HR!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing an end-to-end recruitment process
• Having Expertise in the Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Interviewing, Negotiation, Post Offer Follow up
• Handling multiple requirements simultaneously
• Scheduling interviews, briefing, and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
• Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within our internal database
• Assisting in generating leads from conversations with candidates
• Presenting candidates to our clients by applying high-quality standards
• Posting job descriptions on job boards, and tracking posting status and results
• Helping in HR consulting assignments (Appraisals/Offer generation/Exit Interviews)
• Managing emails
• Working as SPOC for our consulting clients
• Writing articles/Blogs as directed
• Voluntarily taking up our NGO assignments

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM with HR
• 0-2 years of Experience in a relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Quick problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn
• Strong decisive power
• Result-oriented attitude
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
