Alight is hiring for the role of Associate - HR!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the hiring process by assisting in onboarding new joiners.
• Assist with documentation, data entry, and updates for new hires, transfers, promotions, and exits.
• Maintain employee records, process letters and handle HRIS updates accurately.
• Assist in organizing engagement activities, wellness programs, and communication campaigns in collaboration with the HR team.
• Assist payroll and compliance teams for data accuracy, attendance, and documentation.
• Assist in HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, etc.) for internal use.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable labor laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of HR systems (Workday ) will be added advantage.
• Good understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience in a corporate setting.
