SBI Card is hiring for the role of Associate - Growth Catalyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Timely execution of Multi-Limit Split cases & restart of eligible apps on a daily basis to ensure accounts contribution target is met
- Demonstrate the highest standards in call quality & product knowledge to deliver superlative customer experience & ensure provide inputs on process gaps
- Achieve critical business metrics - productivity, accuracy, and TAT while processing & Calling apps
- Higher conversions in Multi Calling
- Ensure daily productivity targets are met including restarts
- Accuracy targets to be met
- Suggest process improvement ideas
- Maintain Process TAT as per business
- Ensure Timely review & resolution of Sales Queries
