Praxis Global Alliance is hiring for the role of Associate Graphic Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop innovative design solutions in line with Praxis Global Alliance's branding guidelines.
• Create a wide range of branding materials, including brochures, reports, illustrations, layouts, and social media creatives.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and ensure the highest standard of design practices.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines effectively.
• Contribute to various organizational initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• A user-centric mindset with a creative, innovative, and analytical approach.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience in designing reports or magazines, incorporating graphs, charts, and other data visualization elements.
• Excellent typography skills and a keen sense of balance and layout intuition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and articulate ideas effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of current and future visual trends and an aptitude for art direction.
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Document Cloud (Interactive Media).
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and motion graphics skills.
