Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand design context and content
• Transform information, messages, and concepts into high-quality assets that educate, inspire, and accurately depict and promote the brand, keeping in mind the visual language and brand tone
• Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Creative Arts/Design preferred 
• 0-2 years of total experience
• Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design software tools
• Exceptional eye for detail and ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects
• Excellent communication skills, including clearly explaining design decisions in words and writing
• The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders in your design work
• Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
• Team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
