Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Develop an understanding of the Grant Thornton audit approach, methodology, and tools.
• Demonstrate knowledge of auditing and technical accounting.
• Execute audit components effectively under a remote service delivery model.
• Gain insight into client operations, processes, and objectives to apply to engagements.
• Show flexibility and agility in serving clients.
• Follow senior instructions and guide Analysts.
• Assist with training and coaching of Analysts and new Associates.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Communicate with the US team via Skype to foster strong relationships.
• Regularly attend professional development and training sessions.
• Understand and adapt to Grant Thornton’s corporate culture.
• Participate in the buddy program for peer support.
