Associate -Financial Resource Cost Analysis Job in Mumbai at CRISIL

CRISIL is hiring for the role of Associate -Financial Resource Cost Analysis!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build, update, and maintain ClientBank'sk Business structure, Cost allocation methodology based on public/ private data sources, and client feedback
• Prepare initial cost estimates across Cost types, Divisions/Products & Regions
• Update and review of reported to ‘normalized’ costs reconciliation
• Create data templates for clients based on the  client’s reporting structure
• Make adjustments to the central Costs model based on the  client’s product and cost structure
• Identify Cost drivers for Cost types from public sources, e.g., cost of property in key locations
• Analyze the relationship between cost drivers and reported/ estimated costs by checking for variance between them and reasons for the same
• Create draft presentations for the clients along with team members
• Participate in client calls along with team members and take meeting notes coordinate with other research delivery teams in India and & Relationships across geography locations for deliverables.

Requirements:

• Prior experience of 2 to 4 years in financial research/analytics / FP&AA good understanding of allocation methodology in InvestmentBanksk is an advantage
• MBA or postgraduate degree in finance, business management, statistics, economics, or similar analytical fields.
• Professional certifications like CA, ICWA, CFA etc. would be an added advantage
• Strong quantitative skills, an analytical mind, and an ability to work with significant amounts of data, both numerical and qualitative
• Ability to make decisions while working with unstructured data and limited information
• Responsible attitude and ability to complete tasks promptly
• Well-developed interpersonal and active listening skills
• Sound knowledge of global capital markets products preferred
• A strong degree of independence and self-motivation
• Fluency in spoken and written English is essential
• Excellent working skills with MSOfficee tools, especially good at advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of professional information services like Bloomberg, Thomson Reuter, etc preferred 
• MBA, CMA & CFA
• 1 to 4 Years of Experience
