Associate Finance Data Analyst (FP&A) Job in Chennai at Lumel Technologies Inc.

Lumel is hiring for the role of Associate Finance Data Analyst (FP&A)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Build and implement financial models using our products in Power BI
• Bring/Build your own data (BYOD) to build datasets for FP&A scenarios commonly encountered by customers
• Build and configure high-volume FP&A datasets in platforms like Fabric/Azure/Snowflake
• Build & deliver end-to-end FP&A demos to customers & prospects
• Support customers during pre-sales and onboarding discussions by helping them understand product capabilities
• Implement proof-of-concepts using their FP&A data and our products
• Be the go-to FP&A internal consultant and advisor to Engineering, Quality and Customer Success teams
• Leverage functional and technical skills to ensure that our FP&A products are built out for functionality, performance & scalability
• Respond to customer enquiries raised in the customer success platform
• Develop an understanding of what customers expect from FP&A products and platforms

Requirements:

• Data modeling expertise in Power BI; advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, M
• Expert-level skills in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric
• Strong foundation in data warehousing, reporting & analytics
• Exceptional SQL skills
• Strong fundamentals in accounting & finance
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong Excel modeling skills
• This role requires you to work from our office location in Chennai (no Work From Home)
• If you already have exposure to Power BI: If you can model the entire Contoso / Adventure Works database in Power BI, we would love to talk to you.
