Associate - FC&A Job in Navi Mumbai at Reliance Industries Limited (RIL)

RIL is hiring for the position of Associate - FC&A!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Co-ordination with Stakeholders (Business Operation/ P&C/ AP / Vendor/SAP Team).
• Dispatching the certified Multi-Model Invoice to the DMS Team/ Accounts Payable Team.
• Ensure timely payment to Vendors and maintain 100% end-to-end KPI.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure adequate System Control in a Vendor payment.
• Contribute towards automation of Service Entries in Multi Model.
• Reconciliation and obtaining no dues certificate from Vendors on a regular basis.
• Ensure adequate System Control in a Vendor payment.
• Prepare MIS related to Service Certification activity.
• Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
• Timely response to audit queries and implementation of corrective measures to avoid recurrence.

Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of Petchem, R&M Business, Supply Chain Management, Excise, Service Tax, and allied laws and procedures
• Maintain objectivity and confidentiality as required by the situation
• The high degree of integrity
• Good knowledge of SAP, Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Internet Applications
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to the department's requirements, and effectively contribute towards excellence in work
• Strong and demonstrated leadership Skills
• Ability and willingness to take initiative
• Ability to build strong internal relationships with another department
