Associate Engineer (NOC) Job in Gurgaon at Orange

Orange is hiring for the role of Associate Engineer (NOC)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Contribute to the effective overall performance of the Orange Business Services Global Network
• Ensure the highest level of network availability through excellent proactive/reactive network supervision
• Troubleshoot and diagnose backbone network incidents efficiently
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external entities
• Meet and exceed customer expectations
• Align actions with our objectives

Requirements:

• Hold a university degree or equivalent (Electronics and Telecommunication oriented).
• Have working experience and knowledge of Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks, Carrier Networks, different telecom hardware (Cisco, Juniper), and technology platforms.
• Possess strong proven knowledge of the Network Operations environment (similar to Orange Business Services), systems, protocols, and services.
• Demonstrate excellent diagnostic and network troubleshooting skills.
• Show the ability to understand, analyze, and resolve problems quickly.
• Exhibit good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels and with all nationalities and cultures.
• Display a proactive attitude, using initiative to react quickly and work effectively in emergencies under minimum supervision.
• Be self-motivated and able to work within a strong team environment.
• Be fluent in English; possession of multilingual skills is an asset.
