Asteria is hiring for the role of Associate Engineer II - Supply Chain Management!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Generating purchase orders from PR through ERP and follow-up of material according to the delivery schedule.
- Providing pickup plan to logistics team & ensuring material receipt on time.
- Following up with suppliers for certificates of conformance, compliance letters and other details.
- Co-ordinating with the Finance department for invoice verification, Payment payment-related issues.
- Preparing Inventory plan considering customer demand.
- Monitoring material dispatch from vendors and monthly planned vs actual inwards.
- Generating funds requirement plan for Project as per procurement plan & supplier payment terms.
Requirements:
- Diploma/BE (Any Stream)
- 4+ experience
