Asteria Aerospace is hiring for the role of Associate Engineer I - Customer Support!
Responsibilities Of Candidate:
- Operate drones and understand their various components and systems
- Diagnose and repair technical issues with drones, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Update drone software and firmware to the latest versions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Provide guidance and support to drone operators and other team members
- Maintain an organized inventory of drone parts and accessories
- Manage tasks and prioritize maintenance activities to minimize downtime
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for drone operation and maintenance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Previous experience with drone operation and maintenance
- Strong understanding of drone safety regulations
- Proficiency in drone software and hardware
