L&T is hiring for the role of Associate Engineer- Elecctronics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support senior subject matter experts in developing curriculum, lesson plans, lab manuals, and digital learning content in Electronics.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and practical demonstrations to learners under guidance.
• Assist in creating assessments, quizzes, and project work to evaluate student learning outcomes.
• Contribute to content reviews and ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and relevance to industry standards.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, media teams, and faculty to transform technical inputs into learner-friendly modules.
• Participate in webinars, doubt-solving sessions, and academic support activities.
• Research emerging trends, tools, and industry applications in electronics to enrich course material.
• Ensure alignment of content with curriculum frameworks, accreditation standards, and organizational objectives

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical / related discipline.
• Strong academic background with interest in teaching, training, or content development.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
