Associate Engineer - Collaboration Service Job in Chennai at AstraZeneca

AstraZeneca is hiring for the role of Associate Engineer - Collaboration Service!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage Exchange Online 365 suites of products deployments and migrations
• Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online 365 accounts
• Configure Exchange Online calendar and shared folder permissions and delegations
• Create and manage user accounts
• Migrate mailboxes, public folders, and user profiles
• Administer Microsoft Azure
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated O365 issues
• Manage Microsoft Teams and troubleshoot real-time issues
• Monitor alerts and handle service requests
• Diagnose and fix P3 and P4 end-user incidents
• Build and deploy servers and other infrastructure services
• Triage and escalate P1 and P2 incidents
• Monitor and manage incident queues
• Create and implement change requests
• Fulfill standard change requests (data requests, information requests, server builds, etc.)
• Create and update known error documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in IT operations and support
• Strong understanding of Exchange Online 365 and Microsoft Azure
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
