Carrier is Hiring for the Role of Associate Engineer!
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and service through calls, emails, and tickets.
- Execute offline activities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Document all offline activities meticulously.
- Adhere to SOPs and escalate any unresolved issues to Level 2 support.
- Diagnose and analyze technical problems effectively.
- Analyze various systems and energy data to identify opportunities for energy optimization.
- Work on projects involving data mining, analysis, and presentation.
- Follow up with customers and ensure commitments are met.
- Demonstrate flexibility regarding shifts and week-offs as needed.
- Support multiple projects and customers simultaneously.
- Use AI-driven tools to gather insights and perform analysis.
- Meet Service Level Agreements (SLA) and complete assigned deliverables within deadlines
