Capgemini is hiring for the role of Associate Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- To frame the validation scope and requirements for Engine and after-treatment ecus by actively interacting with stakeholders.
- Set up and configure HIL systems (ETAS LABCAR) for use with particular vehicle configurations.
- The task involves understanding and modification of HIL harness connections, Plant model development and modification using MATLAB/SIMULINK, and HIL Configuration using LABCAR tools.
- Design and execute test cases to validate control, communications, and diagnostic features of Engine and after-treatment ECUs.
- Identifying and implementing design and validation process improvements to optimize cost and quality.
Requirements:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 to 8 years of experience working in the Powertrain (Preferably Engines) HIL Validation Domain.
- The candidate must have Engine ECU HIL Testing and Configuration Exposure on ETAS LABCAR.
- The candidate should be technically strong in basic diesel Engine controls – understanding SIMULINK or ASCET controls documentation, communication – CAN (J1939), and diagnostic protocols – UDS/KWP.
- Tools – INCA, CANoe, MATLAB/SIMULINK, LABCAR LCO, CAPL & Python scripting.
- The candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate should be able to demonstrate his experience in client handling and management.
- The candidate should have good analytical and interpersonal skills.
