Ericsson is hiring for the role of Associate Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Will Work in a 24/7 Environment.
• Will support the customer over email as well as by phone.
• Sound knowledge of Microwave Technology
• Will be responsible for 2nd Line troubleshooting of Microwave system over Ericsson Series
• Having a sound knowledge of the Mini-link 6600 Series
• SO-EM hands-on experience
• Software upgrade process for these Mini-link 6600 Series
• QoS parameter knowledge for Mini-link 6600 Series
• Ethernet alarms and parameters  with their troubleshooting process
• Raise and update the tickets in the tool for all the issues handled/worked upon.
• Will have to report the daily issues handled/escalated in the form of daily shift reports.
• Need to ensure that issues are handled in the right time frames per the SLA / Commitments.
• Good knowledge of SLA/WLA
• Good in preventive activities with available performance report from Microwave NMS
• Good in customer handling and RCA identification

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication, or equivalent
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in 2nd Level Engineer- functional role. 
• Good Technical Knowledge of the Microwave Technology preferably 6K series.
• Transmission or ENM experience preferred.
