Eaton is hiring for the role of Associate Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with mechanical, layout, and firmware engineers to successfully develop and validate the designs up to and including certification and product launch.
• Utilize the support of model-based development processes, automated testing, verification & validation tools.
• Analyze and predict design performance using Simulation tools, Analytical Skills, etc.

Requirements:

• B-Tech/BE 
• 0-2 Years of Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics with industry experience of over 0-2 years / Mechanical with industry experience of over 0-2 years in product design, drawings and CAD modeling
• Should adopt an 8D approach for failure analysis.
• Prior experience in commercial vehicle product development processes at system and subsystem levels is preferred.
• Should have experience in Sustaining engineering, New Product Development (NPD).
• Should have proficiency in mechanical and pneumatic design & drafting (CAD tools), GD&T & statistical tolerancing.
