Associate Director - Projects Job in Pune at Cognizant

Cognizant is hiring for the role of Associate Director - Projects! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand and align with the client's core objectives, ensuring all timelines and requirements are met through structured design and implementation.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients to enhance business operations, optimize costs, and improve productivity.
• Implement preventive and corrective measures for identified failure points impacting business and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operation teams to gather diverse input, facilitate idea generation, and analyze operational risks using Failure Mode Effective Analysis (FMEA).
• Support client escalations with Root Cause Analysis/Corrective Action Preventive Action (RCA/CAPA) and work across functional boundaries to mitigate risks and achieve common goals.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders (onsite and offshore) to address pain points and refine current approaches.
• Act as a Change Agent, working with Quality, Transition, Training, Onsite teams, and Clients to optimize Quality, Efficiency, Cost, and Customer Value in multiple client engagements.
• Identify and drive opportunities to enhance customer experience and business growth.
• Focus on revenue growth through project enhancement, forecasting, and contract agreements.
• Improve customer satisfaction through effective engagement and delivery of quality.
• Identify and initiate projects that add value to customers.
• Address audit observations promptly.
• Analyze current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend reengineering measures.
• Drive innovation, operational rigor, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Implement quality standards and automation to reduce manual interventions.
• Monitor for improvement opportunities and suggest alternative approaches.
• Lead forums for thought sharing on project improvements, write whitepapers and identify automation opportunities.
• Ensure project team deliverables are met.
• Design and implement KPI measures, measurement systems, and visual tracking controls/dashboards for process performance.
• Foster a culture of proactive risk identification and process excellence within the team.
• Act as a domain consultant, build domain knowledge, plan resources, and allocate responsibilities.
• Oversee tool building and workflow development.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Post Graduate (preferably MBA)
• Must-Have Skills: Dynamics AX, AWS, Azure and Voice Network
