Associate Director - Project & Transformation Job in Gurgaon at PepsiCo

Pepsico is hiring for the role of Associate Director - Project & Transformation!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Frame and facilitate SteerCo meetings and decisions on priorities
• Map out the strategic and operational roadmap for the 3-5-year horizon.
• Partner with the different functions within India and AMESA to execute the business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Scope each of the cross-functional initiatives and finalize project charters
• Execute the “roadmap journey” with precision in addition to acting as a responsive partner, solving “real-time” issues or opportunities as they arise.
• Provide visibility and tracking for all discrete workstreams across all functions
• Work with cross-functional teams, flag variances in design and execution, drive course corrections
• Integrate execution KPIs into real-time dashboards to ensure progress toward delivering the growth strategy
• Integrate project management, organization design, change management, and benefits realization activities
• Stakeholder management across all India functional leads (Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Head of Supply Chain, etc.) and their respective project teams
• Support in managing resourcing, consultants, and program budget.
• Support PM-related training activities for the extended cross-functional project team
• Interfaces for program and funding support

Requirements:

• Project management and/or other similar related competencies
• Strong analytical capability to view problems from multiple vantage points
• Ability to view situations objectively and articulate the logic behind recommendations in a direct manner
• Strong stakeholder management capability
• Exceptional team player – with the ability to engage and collaborate with multiple functions and project teams (both internal as well as external, i.e., consultants)
• Preferably, a strong understanding of PepsiCo business value chain and Indian market nuances
• Strong ability to manage conflict
