Associate Director - Digital Transformation Job in Mumbai at GSK

GSK is hiring for the role of Associate Director - Digital Transformation!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Bring technical expertise with project management acumen, ensuring seamless coordination and the successful implementation of AI/ML initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Identify potential project risks related to AI/ML implementation and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address issues that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Implement project reviews and quality assurance to execute goals and stakeholder satisfaction successfully.
• Gather a detailed understanding of the GSK portfolio, principles, and company direction and embed these in the projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, with a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably involving AI/ML implementation
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and technologies. Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks is a plus
• Have worked as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Consulting mindset with impactful storylining and presentation skills
• Agile and New Ways of Working with Practitioners
• Excellent interpersonal (communication and presentation) and organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude
• Superb persuading and influencing skills
