American Express is hiring for the role of Associate-Digital Product Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the delivery lifecycle through solid engagements & efficient partnerships with Customers, Product teams & Technology partners aligned to the enterprise strategy.
• Ensure individual releases across the program drive successful value delivery on the key program milestones and that this delivery is of high quality.
• Support feature and user story definition sessions.
• Establish acceptance criteria and a test strategy, and write user acceptance test cases.
• Maintain the delivery pace of the program without capacity waste will be a key success metric of the role.
• Maintain open communication channels with product managers, stakeholders, business partners, and technology partners.
• Co-ordinate communication, escalate and facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the Product Backlog.
• Break down complex technical concepts into simple business terms linked to a business strategy.
• Partner with the Quality team to align with the “Shift Left” strategy through early engagements on features and release timelines.
• Maintain clarity of the minimum viable program delivery and ensure the program has the capacity to deliver its core potential and capabilities.

Requirements:

• Experience in working with technology as partners and as one team
• Strong understanding of the Product Management lifecycle, with specific application of Scaled Agile delivery
• Proven track record of communication, influence, and leadership without authority
• High energy and an optimistic attitude
