Associate (Digital Analytics) Job in Delhi at Bain & Company

Bain & Co. is hiring for the role of Associate (Digital Analytics)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Take responsibility for his/her workstream and conduct analysis independently along with managing 1-3 analysts
• Ability to generate effective hypotheses supported by robust business insights 
• Build an in-depth understanding of the various secondary databases across workstreams
• Perform thorough quality checks in their work including pressure-testing the insights
• Owning a simple to mid-complexity workstream with support from the supervisor along with managing 1-3 analysts in their execution and ensuring case timelines are met
• Support the supervisor in work planning and brainstorming on key recommendations/potential impact
• Communicate business insights effectively 
• Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations. Show ability to resolve complex problems across work streams
• Lead internal meetings effectively in a focused manner; own junior-mid level client map relationships
• Design well-formatted output with a clear and structured storyline to communicate key insights
• Effectively structure communication of insights from own work stream. Deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/managers
• Seek appropriate coaching and guidance from supervisors and proactively drive self-learning for own professional development
• Motivate team members, boost team morale and exhibit role model behavior
• Facilitate cross-sharing of learning/knowledge and tools within and across teams
• Leverage opportunities to provide training, coaching and mentoring to fellow team members

Requirements:

• Strong academic credentials, analytical ability and leadership skills
• Work experience range in case highest qualification is undergraduate studies- 2-5 years of experience in a global professional services firm environment preferably with at least 1 year of exposure to business research and consulting
• Work experience range in case highest qualification is postgraduate studies- 0-3 years of experience in a global professional services firm environment preferably with at least 1 year of exposure to business research and consulting
• Experience in digital marketing analytics with focus on assessing digital marketing effectiveness of companies across various marketing channels of SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising, email, CRM
• Experience in running diagnostics of SEO/SEM, social media, display advertising, email, CRM etc. would be preferred
• Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Similarweb, Netbase, Google Trends, SEMRush, Hypeauditor, Fanpage Karma etc.) preferred
• Experience in working with clients from Consumer Products, Retail, Technology, Healthcare, Financial services
• Quick learner, willing to get into the details; good at thriving in a fast-paced environment and able to work independently
