Srijan is hiring for the role of Associate - Delievery Operations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Work closely with Delivery teams and Operations teams for project setup and maintenance in Workday and Excel
- Maintain communication with Delivery, Finance and FinOps teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of system data
- Support Delivery teams in managing project financials
- Work with Delivery teams to assist with billing schedules and ensure client invoices are processed properly and in a timely manner
- Maintain strong, working product and process knowledge. Quickly master new product functionality and processes in line with evolving business needs
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in multi-cultural setting
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organization
- Experience with Workday or similar ERP system preferable
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Finance acumen
