Oracle is hiring for the role of Associate Delivery Consultant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Consult with clients to understand their current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes, and enhancements.
- Complete client-specific design, configuration, and troubleshooting using appropriate tools.
- Develop and execute test plans, test script executions, and document changes in end-user functionality.
- Review new defects, write test steps, outline change request information, and notify clients.
- Identify and escalate issues to solution and engagement leadership.
- Leverage internal and external resources to identify and resolve problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0 to 2+ years of experience in a consulting or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of Oracle products and services.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
