IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring for the role of Associate Debt Manager - Rural Asset!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Track the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area.
Track & control the delinquency of the area, Bucket-wise & DPD wise and focus on non-starters.
Be responsible for allocating and achieve targets from agencies/ in house team.
Follow up with the default customers.
Ensure adherence to the collection process and legal guidelines.
Trace out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process.
Recommend for legal actions for non-recoverable cases and following up with the legal team for the closure of the cases.
- Maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, weekly & monthly basis
Requirements:
- Graduation: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology / Maths / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Management.
- Post-graduation: MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Collection.
