Associate Data scientist - D&A Advisory Job in Kolkata at PwC India

• Experience productionizing machine learning methodologies such as regression, classification, clustering, matrix factorization, predictive analytics, decision trees, support vector machines, neural networks / Deep Learning, video and image analytics
• Strong understanding of linear algebra, optimization, probability, statistics, computer architecture, OS, Networking
• Strong hands-on experience in building end-to-end AI and Machine learning models - Natural Language Processing (NLP), Natural Language Generation (NLG), Deep Learning (Voice recognition).
• Hands-on experience in exploratory data analyses, data-cleansing, data-wrangling and pre-processing
• Strong hands-on experience in Python and other statistical tools (including data visualization techniques) on standalone or cloud applications
• Experience with Machine Learning Algorithms, frameworks like Caffe, Tensor Flow, H2O and Convolution Neural Network Architectures (SSD, YOLO) performing real-time Object detection and classification is a must.
• Sound understanding of GenAI concepts like LLM, Langchain, RAG Framework, tokens, vector databases etc.
• Working knowledge of using any LLM platforms like OpenAI, Bedrock etc. and models like GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral etc.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying generative AI models.
• Development experience using Python Web Framework (Flask, Django), Python Data Science framework (scikit-learn, SparkML), API Management framework
• Development experience in building Cloud based solutions using AWS/Azure/GCP
• Ability to learn new scripting language or analytics platform
• Exposure to data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc.
• ML Ops, ML Deployment experience (optional)
• Exposure to application development tools such as R Shiny (optional)
• Full Stack Data Scientist will be preferred
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure model reliability and robustness.
• Passion and ability to do quick POCs on various GenAI technologies and evaluate their effectiveness in the context of the project.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and deep learning.
• Strong data representation and lucid presentation (of analysis/modelling output) using Power Point, Excel, Streamlit etc. 

Requirements :

• B. Tech / M.Tech (Engg.), MBA, M.Sc. / M. Stat/ MS (Statistics / Mathematics) with strong programming knowledge 
• Degrees/Field of Study required: Master of Engineering, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Engineering
