Data Axle is hiring for the role of Associate, Data Reporting!

Responsibilities of a candidate:

• Provide departmental reporting support by utilizing large data sets to create and analyze standard and ad hoc reports including reports that provide sales statistics, business unit revenue forecasts, and operational KPIs.
• Support the reporting requests of the department by creating and interpreting comprehensive reports.
• Utilize reporting software to extract data by modifying existing or creating new reports.
• Create, set up, and run automated reports.
• Test, debug, and modify reports for new requests.
• Manipulate data sets into user-friendly formats.
• Work closely with internal departments to facilitate report approvals and finalizations
• Maintain report files.
• Maintain documentation and archive for departmental documents.
• Provide analysis, feedback, and support across all reports generated by the business reporting team.
• Work on various special projects.
• Deal with information of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree with an additional degree in analytics & finance is a must
• 2+ years of relevant experience is a must
• Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels in the company and with various business contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner, while maintaining confidentiality in all related discussions
• Proven problem solver
• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Tableau
• Must understand the functional interaction of Company departments
• Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
• Ability to quickly assess situations and provide immediate and appropriate feedback
• Ability to work without supervision on highly complex projects
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
• Extensive knowledge of reporting programs
• Ability to be at work on a US-based schedule in a regular and predictable manner as scheduled
• Clear and concise communication and mastery of the English language
