Genpact is hiring for the role of Associate: Data Management! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain sample and census databases, store records, ACVs, and other production input files. Develop projections for European countries.
• Generate weekly and back-week projections.
• Assess and create new geographic areas based on client needs, evaluate performance, and generate reports.
• Conduct ad-hoc data investigations, ensure data integrity, and address client inquiries.
• Oversee sample maintenance for various regions.
• Provide additional support as needed to meet specific deliverables in accordance with the SLA.
• Gain a thorough understanding of production activities to resolve issues and execute ad-hoc tasks.
• Manage end-to-end processes independently with minimal supervision.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to support Associates and Senior Associates.
• Collaborate closely with clients to deliver high-quality, timely outputs.
• Identify and implement improvement ideas in collaboration with the team and client.
• Manage both process and non-process projects within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
