Stem is hiring for the role of Associate Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Conduct data research by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data sets.
• Ensure data quality through validation.
• Utilize business tools for data extraction, modelling, and troubleshooting to uncover insights that help customers grow their business.
• Collaborating with teams across functions to ensure smooth execution while adhering to timelines and quality standards.
• Align with organizational goals, and values and contribute to long-term success.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders in the US, sharing project progress and addressing inquiries to maintain alignment.

Requirements :

• Experience of 1-3 years in technical support to software products (B2B SaaS product)
• Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting skills.
• Must Have knowledge of Excel/Advance Excel.
• Should understand the renewable energy business.
• Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage his own workload.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics & communication, CS
