Springer Nature Group is hiring for the role of Associate Data Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure the creation and production of regular reports (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Do analysis of customer behaviour and engagement to help make informed decisions.
- Facilitate data-driven market and customer research in an efficient and timely manner and present it in report format.
- Perform job-related duties as assigned with little to no supervision required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with quantitative and analytical background (e.g. Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Physics, Computer Science, etc.)
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience (Market Research/Data Analysis)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders
- Proficiency in SQL and Google Big Query
- Knowledge of BI Tools: Looker Studio, Looker, and Tableau
- Strong Analytical capabilities and ability to drive insights from data
