GoKwik is hiring for the role of Associate Customer Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Gathering requirements, creating BRDs, and Implementing SaaS products for Ecom clients.
- Communicating effectively (both verbal and written) with our customers and internal stakeholders.
- Giving constant and constructive feedback to team leads, product and engineering team to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements..
- Problem solving, having a natural curiosity, and demonstrating the ability to learn rapidly.
- Communicating well with different audiences (developers, technical and non-technical users)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Merchant handling, communication, task, and handling accounts
- Good with Shopify/ E commerce-related things - WordPress, Payment Aggregation
